Strict social distancing measures mean we cannot see our family and friends, or go to the gym, church or sit at a cafe. Schools are largely closed with parents teaching their children from home, and about 800,000 Australians have lost their jobs, according to the Reserve Bank of Australia. All of this has a huge impact on our wellbeing.
