Another knee setback makes Charlie Curnow an unlikely starter in 2020


“Charlie is walking around with only a small amount of discomfort. He does not require any surgery, but given the nature of this injury, it’s likely this will result in a four to six-week setback.

“It remains difficult to determine if Charlie will be ready to play this season, however, it does appear more unlikely than likely.”

The key forward has not played since round 15, 2019, and has played in just 10 wins in his 58-game career as he attempts to consistently join an emerging group of talented youngsters hoping to push the Blues up the ladder after several seasons in the doldrums.
