Veteran recruiter Clayton joins Kangaroos

North Melbourne’s off-field reshuffle continues, with recruiting guru Scott Clayton joining the club’s recruitment and list management department.

The 60-year-old former Fitzroy defender’s extensive resume includes putting together the bulk of Brisbane’s triple premiership-winning squad, as well as Gold Coast’s inaugural list.

Clayton, who spent eight years with the Suns, was part of West Coast’s recruiting and list management team, based in Melbourne, over the past two years.
