Former Essendon physical performance manager Justin Crow has joined Paralympics Australia as performance services manager ahead of next year’s Tokyo Paralympics.
It was announced in August that Crow, who first worked for the Bombers in 2011, would leave the club at the end of the season after a mutual decision to part ways. He had held the position of performance manager there since 2013.
The 36-year-old joins Paralympics Australia in a part-time capacity and is ‘‘responsible for the leadership of an innovative and multi-sport approach to research and technology development’’.
‘‘I was excited today to start my new role with @AUSParalympics [Paralympics Australia]. I have so much to learn about para-sport and can’t wait to meet everyone involved and listen to how I can help support our para-athletes and staff,’’ Crow tweeted this week.
