Australian Tyre Traders is expanding its operations into NSW after signing a lease for a 1727.8 sq m office and warehouse tenancy at B & C, 192-220 Forrester Road for $128 per sq m from a private investor. Growing from its original base in Melbourne, the group has entered a three-year lease plus a three-year option. CBRE’s Matthew Alessi and John Micallef negotiated the lease.

RSL LifeCare has secured 2044 sq m at 118-120 Pacific Highway, St Leonards

Retirement village operator RSL LifeCare has undertaken a triple-floor leasing deal of 2044 sq m at 18-120 Pacific Highway for $600 per sq m net. The lease term is seven years and has signed when Clemenger BBDO, the previous occupant of the whole building, moved to Walsh Bay after more than 30 years at the St Leonards address. JLL’s Stephen Harrison negotiated the lease.



4 Pines Brewery has sold its 409 sq m Manly establishment at Level 1, 43-45 East Esplanade as a tenanted investment to a local private investor for $4.25 million. Patrick Kelleher, Pine Property.

The commercial freehold 1567 sq m property at 50 Great North Road has sold for $8.8 million to a private investor. It has the potential for 3177.5 sq m in a mixed-use zoning. Knight Frank’s Adam Bodon, Grant Bulpett, Mark Litwin and Anthony Pirrottina, led the sale.

This followed the sale of 133 Great North Road for $3.8 million to a private investor and is a site consisting of five ground-floor retail tenancies on 253 sq m with DA approval to build another two levels of residential. It was sold by Knight Frank agents Grant Bulpett, Scott Timbrell and Mark Litwin negotiated the sale.

Private investor Aya has paid $1.2 million for a 388 sq m warehouse with a 43 sq m office at 2/151 Orchardleigh Street from Mullard. This industrial warehouse is located within a small industrial complex comprising three modern units in the Fairfield East/Yennora Industrial Precinct. Bawdens Industrial’s James Zerefos negotiated the sale.

Australian-owned Real Asset Management Group has expanded its now 11-strong Brisbane-based RAM Australia Property Services (RAMPS) team with two key appointments. Andrew Rojek joins RAMPS as an analyst from Colliers International, where he was head of market intelligence for Western Canada.

Chris Singh has also joined RAM Group’s Brisbane team as an Analyst. Mr Singh was previously with Chesterton corporate property advisers in Brisbane, where he was a land economist and valuer.
