The lease is five years plus a five year option at  $110 per sqm net from a private investor.  The freestanding office/warehouse offers an internal clearance height of up to 10 metres, access via two container height doors and first floor office accommodation with full staff amenities. CBRE’s Brendan Wein, John Micallef, Matthew Alessi and Cathy Henderson negotiated the lease.

The clinic currently occupies the space and are a strong performing tenant, having operated within Waverly for over eight years and have developed a large local client base. Tom Tuxworth, David Hickey and Oliver Ridley of Savills Australia, negotiated the sale.

A Chinese investor has purchased the 143 sqm ground floor of 126-128 Avoca Street at auction on a 5.45 per cent yield from Dewreef Pty Ltd for $1.39 million. The asset on arguably Randwick’s busiest corner covers floor space across three separate titles providing future subdivision potential and is leased until 2021 to Ray White. The property was sold by Tom Tuxworth and David Hickey of Savills Australia who said the campaign received a lot of interest from local and offshore investors looking to secure a safe haven Sydney asset.


Warakirri Asset Management has appointed Steve Jarrott as portfolio manager for the recently launched Warakirri Diversified Agriculture Fund. Mr Jarrott comes with a decade of experience as portfolio manager with Westchester, the agriculture investment arm of the TIAA-Nuveen Group, the world’s largest farmland investment manager.
