Brad Scott has all but confirmed that today’s match against Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium will be his last as North Melbourne coach.
Only hours before the match, Scott said that he would address a media conference on Sunday.
“I’m working really hard like all professionals do, trying to stay right in the moment focused on what’s right in front of us,” he told 3AW less than an hour before the game.
“There’ll be plenty of time for prognostications and reviews and things in time, but it’s obviously a bit of a tumultous time for us. But I’ll expand more on that at the press conference tomorrow. Right now we need to focus on the job at hand and my big task is to get the players’ heads back in the game.”
Scott said he had “no idea” what his future held after just short of nine seasons in charge at North Melbourne.
