Cameron & Co. has leased a recently refurbished open office suite of about 65 s qm with new paint, new carpet, Intercom access and views to Town Hall & QVB at Suite 511/Level 5, 321 Pitt Street, Sydney from Catalyst Innovations Pty Limited at $750 per sq m gross. Condell Park

Fine Steel has leased a freehold industrial property being a land site of 11,040 sq m with a building of 6907 sq m at 271 Edgar Street from Contract Resources for $600,000 a year gross, equal to $87 per sq m. Elite Air Climate Control Pty Ltd moved digs with the lease of a 201 sq m warehouse and office at Unit 22, 19 McCauley Street, Matraville from a private investor for $320 sq m gross. The lease term is two years. Josh Heffernan, Colliers International.


Mino Entertainment Pty Ltd has leased a 1700 sq m warehouse and office at 10 Smith Street from Eun Young An for $250 sq m net. The lease term is ten years with a ten-year option. John Carney and Will Thredgold, Colliers International.

The Living Word Worship Centre, Smithfield, Sydney

The Living Word Worship Centre has bought a Smithfield industrial property under the hammer for $4.475 million. Located at 2 Hume Road, the 5039 sq m property includes two warehouse buildings spanning 1517 sq m. The site is underdeveloped, providing scope to extend the buildings or redevelop (STCA). CBRE’s John Micallef, John Tsoutsa, Janet Joljian and Elijah Shakir managed the sale process via an onsite auction on behalf of the vendor, Wethpark Property Holdings Pty Ltd. Mr Micallef said the property’s location underpinned competitive buyer interest.


A local investor has bought a 453 sq m strata retail property at 14/360 New Canterbury Road for $1.63 million from a private investor, following a hotly contested auction. Five groups went head to head for the asset, which is leased to a private tenant trading as a tyre outlet.

Savills Australia’s Robert Lowe and Nick Lower brokered the deal on behalf of a private investor, saying they fielded enquiries from owner-occupiers and investors.


Monica Velez has been appointed to head up the in-house logistics and supply chain consulting service at Colliers International. Ms Velez joins from Asahi, where she was the company’s supply change transformation manager for just more than two years. Prior to that, she spent five years working at CEVA Logistics in a variety of roles.
