Cops on the hunt for sexual predator


CCTV images have been released of a sexual predator suspect believed to have attacked three women in the early hours of Sunday, April 14.

In the first incident, a woman was attempting to enter a home on Howard St, Richmond when she was grabbed in a hug about 3.20am.

The offender grabbed her buttocks and breast before fleeing.

About 5am a second woman was walking along Church St, Richmond when it’s believed she was approached by the same man and sexually assaulted.

A short time later another woman was walking in Grosvenor St, Abbotsford when she was approached by the same man and seriously sexually assaulted about 5.20am.

She screamed, alerting a good Samaritan who attempted to chase down the man.

The offender is described as between 25-30 years old with a dark complexion, medium to solid build with medium-length dreadlocks and clean shaven.

He was wearing a black hooded jumper with red ‘PNG’ capital letters inscribed across the chest area, black shorts with white-coloured text or insignia on the lower left leg, white socks and black sneaker style shoes.
