Police will allege that at about 5.45pm, the 15-year-old boy was standing at the intersection of Barratt Street and Woodville Street, Hurstville, waiting to cross the road, when a black Holden Captiva stopped in front of him at the traffic lights.
Two men got out of the car and began punching and kicking the boy, before dragging him to the car and putting him in the back seat, police allege.
Both men got back in the car and drove away.
Witnesses called police, before officers arrived and set up a crime scene at the intersection.
This morning, NSW Police has announced that two men, aged 20 and 22, along with the 15-year-old boy, were taken into St George Police Station about 1.30am this morning.
The boy was assessed by NSW Ambulance paramedics however did not require hospitalisation.
Both men were arrested and charged with affray, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company of other(s) (DV), and granted conditional bail to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday April 10.
As inquiries continue, the incident is believed to be domestic-related.
