The former general manager of Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics will make an application to the Federal Court for leave to continue with his claim for nearly $100,000 in payments.
Because Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics Pty Ltd has gone into voluntary administration, his lawyer says the Federal Court needs to approve the interlocatory application for the proceedings to continue, absent of written consent from administrators. The application is listed for hearing on Friday.
Giovanni (John) Rosiello is suing his former employer for nearly $100,000 in unpaid bonuses and other outstanding contractual payments.
“My family and I are extremely distressed that we’ve been forced to fight for so long for what is rightfully mine. This has been far from easy and resulted in a significant emotional and financial toll on our family,” Mr Rosiello said.
